Vivitar DVR 980HD

The Vivitar DVR 980HD is a compact digital video camera. This is similar to the Vivitar DVR 940XHD, but uses a 10x optical zoom lens and is capable of sending output to an HDMI port. It also uses a larger 3.0 inch touch screen interface for easy access to the camera's functions.

Otherwise they are very similar, with Antishake technology to keep recorded video steady and Pictbridge support for direct printing of captured still photos. Scene modes are selectable for variable lighting conditions, and 2 built-in LED flash lamps allow for compensation in low-light conditions. Power is handled by a rechargeable lithium ion battery.
