Samsung SC-X300L
$450.00
Released January, 2007
The Pros:Internal memory will hold a large collection of still images. Small enough to fit in your pocket comfortably. Can be mounted to various surfaces easily.
The Cons:Captures very little in low light conditions. There are multiple versions of the camera available, some that don't take stills - difficult to tell which you're getting ahead of time. Battery life isn't great, runs out within 2 hours at the most.

While considered an under performer, even for its relatively low price, the SC-X300L was designed to be rugged and full featured over all else.
