Additionally, the device can transfer video recordings directly to a display device that is compatible with a HDMI transfer cable for viewing without having to move files to another form of media. As a user interface, the camcorder utilizes few buttons and instead focuses on a 2.7 inch flip-out touchscreen display for focus, zoom, and several other functions. Although internal storage details have not been announced for the device yet, the camcorder does include a SDHC memory card slot for external memory upgrades.
